Luwa is a licensed esthetician with 7 years in the lash industry and the founder of Lashed By Luwa. She built her own professional lash supply brand from the ground up, and now she's sharing what she's learned with you.

How it works

Mentorship Policy: All Sales Final

By purchasing this mentorship, you agree to the following:

1. No refunds. All mentorship purchases are final and nonrefundable, including partial refunds for unused sessions, once payment is made.
2. Contact information. You're responsible for providing accurate contact info at checkout. Lashed By Luwa will reach out within 5 business days of purchase using the info provided. We're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect info or missed messages. 
3. Scheduling. Your 8 weeks begin on the date of your first meeting. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours notice. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited and won't be made up.
4. Response window. If you don't respond to scheduling attempts within 14 days of purchase, your spot may be forfeited without a refund.
5. Website redesign. The redesign is completed by Bola Studios and includes up to 3 pages and 2 rounds of revisions. Additional pages, revisions, platform migrations, and third-party costs (domains, hosting, apps) aren't included.
6. Results. Mentorship provides guidance, strategy, and support. Individual results depend on your own effort and business, and no specific sales or income results are guaranteed.
7. Materials. All templates, recordings, and materials are for your personal business use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
8. Disputes. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Please reach out to us directly with any concerns before contacting your bank.
